解决gogs0.13.0发送邮件报错：Auth: 501 Error: malformed authentication response

gogs 0.13.0之前的版本使用 [mailer] 进行配置：

从0.13.0开始使用 [email] 对邮件服务进行配置：

注意在0.13.0中需要将填写邮箱密码的PASSWD替换为PASSWORD，否则将无法发送邮件，报错：Auth: 501 Error: malformed authentication response。
